Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to customs and duties imposed by U.S. Customs. Customers are solely responsible for paying all customs fees. All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders from the U.S. All sales are FINAL.
Orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship to all Canadian and U.S. provinces/states. All orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS. Please note the delivery timelines indicated in the shipping rates above begin when the package has been picked up by the carrier from our distribution centre. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution centre, you will receive another email with shipping information and your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (Canada Post or USPS) has picked up your package from our distribution centre. Please follow the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
My Tracking Info Shows My Package Was Delivered, But I Never Received It?
If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your community mailbox, with property managers, or apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but International Clothiers does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them directly.

Do You Refund Shipping Fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
I Received A Damaged Item, What Do I Do?
Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Support team with a description of the damage.
Upon inspection of the photo you will be asked to print a Return Form. Please fill it out completely and return it along with the damaged item. You may print a copy of the Return Form HERE. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a store credit via E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 CAD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the courier receipt in your shipment.
We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.
Shipping To Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly as we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned due to an “undeliverable address”, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge and a restocking fee of $4.99, plus taxes. If you received FREE shipping on your order, a restocking fee of $9.99, plus taxes, will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from International Clothiers, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it or your package is in transit longer than the advertised timelines in the above shipping rates, you must contact the delivery carrier (Canada Post or USPS) and address the issue directly with them. International Clothiers does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier or delivered later than the advertised timelines above. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered or packages delivered later than the advertised timelines above.
You will receive your order 2-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please refer to the shipping rates above for estimated shipping times. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
Please note that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. Shipping charges will not be discounted or refunded.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, International Clothiers reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, International Clothiers reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
Similarly, International Clothiers reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
